The value for money at this hotel was impressive, with a great price for a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient for travelers with a car, and the staff provided friendly and helpful service.

Spacious bathroom and room, staff was friendly & helpful.
Unfortunately, the hotel is located outside the center, so you always have to go by car to eat, if you do not want to eat in the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, close to the highway and just a short drive from the city center. The rooms are modern and well-decorated, with comfortable proper double beds and fantastic bathrooms. The lobby and restaurant are splendid, with modern furniture and delicious meals.
All was in fine order, nothing to complain about.

Broadband Internet was for free. Very good bed, and a very good bathroom! The breakfast was for Italian standards just great! Especially great was the free parking. The design of the hotel, the rooms, lobby and restaurant all are very successful-looking and modern, as well as chic! For this price we will always gladly come again!

We stayed at B&B Hotel Arezzo for a quick overnight stop as part of our travels. Despite arriving late and struggling to find the hotel, the staff were friendly and quickly got us settled into a clean and comfortable room. The shower was nice and the overall experience was satisfactory. Free parking was available right in front of the hotel, and the location was convenient enough to even walk into town if desired. For the price, it was a great value with everything we needed.

This was geared more towards business people in the middle of industrial estate but city center accessible by taxi(not easy to get a taxi back though)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located just off the A1 motorway. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The hotel staff was excellent, providing a good service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered free parking right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near "The Mall" outlet shopping, making it a great choice for shoppers.

Good staff and beautifull rooms. We had 48 degrees outside and the air conditioning worked perfect.
